定量泵是種工作時(shí)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)每轉(zhuǎn)的理論排量保持不變的泵設(shè)備,它的使用使得鎂合金熔化、保溫熔爐工作更具效率,那么定量泵工作原理是怎樣實(shí)現(xiàn)的呢?
定量泵工作原理
在轉(zhuǎn)速恒定的條件下,輸出流量可變的為變量泵,反之為定量泵。他們最大的不同就是變量泵的軸是偏心安裝。簡(jiǎn)單來(lái)說(shuō)定量泵的轉(zhuǎn)速選定后,他的流量就不能調(diào)節(jié)。變量泵的輸出流量可以根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的壓力變化,自動(dòng)地調(diào)節(jié)流量,就是壓力高時(shí)輸出流量小,壓力低時(shí)輸出流量大。這樣他可以節(jié)省液壓元件的數(shù)量,從而簡(jiǎn)化了油路系統(tǒng),而且可以減少油發(fā)熱。缺點(diǎn)是流量脈動(dòng)嚴(yán)重,系統(tǒng)壓力不太平穩(wěn),泵的壽命短,泵的軸承容易壞,因?yàn)樗瞧陌惭b,而且泵的嘈音大。
葉片泵通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)偏心距、柱塞泵通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)滑板角度可以實(shí)現(xiàn)變量。定量泵工作時(shí)利用隔膜前后動(dòng)作使隔膜與泵頭間變化造成球閥上下移動(dòng)形成真空吸附與推擠現(xiàn)象達(dá)到液體輸送之目的。當(dāng)膜片往后拉時(shí),出口球閥掉下與球座緊緊密合,入口球閥因膜片后拉時(shí)與泵頭間產(chǎn)生真空而往上浮起,液體跟著被吸上來(lái)。當(dāng)膜片往前推時(shí),入口球閥與球座氣密,使液體不會(huì)通過(guò),而出口因膜片往前推擠使球閥開(kāi)啟,液體吐出。

力士樂(lè)柱塞泵是液壓系統(tǒng)之中的重要設(shè)備。它依靠柱塞在缸體之中的往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),改變密封工作腔的容積,實(shí)現(xiàn)吸油和油壓。力士樂(lè)柱塞泵具有額定壓力高、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、效率高、流量調(diào)節(jié)方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
1、無(wú)論力士樂(lè)柱塞泵是采用坐安裝還是法蘭安裝方法,基礎(chǔ)支座均應(yīng)具有足夠的剛性.
2、驅(qū)動(dòng)軸(如電機(jī)軸)與泵軸之間的同軸度《0.05mm,可用千分表找正。
3、盡量避免使用帶、鏈條齒輪等帶動(dòng)泵,因?yàn)榇藭r(shí)力士樂(lè)柱塞泵受徑向載荷。
4、安裝在油箱上的液壓泵的中心高至油面的距離不大于500mm,吸入壓力應(yīng)在(-16.7-0.5)*10Pa。否則力士樂(lè)柱塞泵難以自吸而產(chǎn)生氣穴現(xiàn)象。高真空度將會(huì)造成吸空零件磨損,并產(chǎn)生噪聲、振動(dòng)等故障。
5、原則上吸油管不推薦安裝過(guò)濾器,而只在力士樂(lè)柱塞泵的出口則裝過(guò)濾精度為25Mpa的管路濾油器,液壓泵最好安裝在油箱旁邊,采用倒灌吸油。
6、當(dāng)向力士樂(lè)柱塞油泵上安裝聯(lián)軸器時(shí),不能用力敲擊泵軸,往往在泵軸上有專門(mén)用來(lái)安裝聯(lián)軸器的工藝螺紋,可以用它來(lái)將聯(lián)軸器壓入泵軸。

力士樂(lè)柱塞泵復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),從而完成泵油任務(wù),泵油過(guò)程可分為以下三個(gè)階段。
進(jìn)油過(guò)程當(dāng)凸輪的凸起部分轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)去后,在彈簧力的作用下,柱塞向下運(yùn)動(dòng),柱塞上部空間(稱為泵油室)產(chǎn)生真空度,當(dāng)柱塞上端面把柱塞套上的進(jìn)油孔打開(kāi)后,充滿在油泵上體油道內(nèi)的柴油經(jīng)油孔進(jìn)入泵油室,柱塞運(yùn)動(dòng)到下止點(diǎn),進(jìn)油結(jié)束。
供油過(guò)程當(dāng)凸輪軸轉(zhuǎn)到凸輪的凸起部分頂起滾輪體時(shí),柱塞彈簧被壓縮,柱塞向上運(yùn)動(dòng),燃油受壓,一部分燃油經(jīng)油孔流回噴油泵上體油腔。當(dāng)柱塞頂面遮住套筒上進(jìn)油孔的上緣時(shí),由于柱塞和套筒的配合間隙很?。?.0015-0.0025mm)使柱塞頂部的泵油室成為一個(gè)密封油腔,柱塞繼續(xù)上升,泵油室內(nèi)的油壓迅速升高,泵油壓力 出油閥彈簧力+高壓油管剩余壓力時(shí),推開(kāi)出油閥,高壓柴油經(jīng)出油閥進(jìn)入高壓油管,通過(guò)噴油器噴入燃燒室。
回油過(guò)程柱塞向上供油,當(dāng)上行到柱塞上的斜槽(停供邊)與套筒上的回油孔相通時(shí),泵油室低壓油路便與柱塞頭部的中孔和徑向孔及斜槽溝通,油壓驟然下降,出油閥在彈簧力的作用下迅速關(guān)閉,停止供油。此后柱塞還要上行,當(dāng)凸輪的凸起部分轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)去后,在彈簧的作用下,柱塞又下行。此時(shí)便開(kāi)始了下一個(gè)循環(huán)。

我們知道柱塞泵可以分為變量泵和定量泵,為了滿足客戶隨時(shí)調(diào)整排量的需求,從未停止過(guò)變量泵的研發(fā)??刂浦脤?shí)現(xiàn)變量的目的是控制泵速或調(diào)節(jié)泵排量。當(dāng)通過(guò)改變液壓泵的排量V(幾何參數(shù))來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)流量時(shí),當(dāng)泵的轉(zhuǎn)速不變時(shí),泵的排出流量發(fā)生變化,從而形成流量控制泵。
變量柱塞泵有什么特點(diǎn)?
1、閉環(huán)液壓傳動(dòng)用斜盤(pán)型軸向柱塞變量泵;
2、流量與驅(qū)動(dòng)速度和排量成正比,可以無(wú)限變化;
3、流量隨著斜盤(pán)的擺動(dòng)角度從零增加到峰值。
4、通過(guò)在中間位置擺動(dòng)斜盤(pán),可以平穩(wěn)地改變液體流動(dòng)的方向。

1.泵的軸線與電機(jī)的軸線虛保持一定的同軸度。對(duì)于齒輪泵,泵的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)軸與電機(jī)輸出軸之間的安裝采用彈性聯(lián)軸節(jié),其不同軸度不得大于O.1mm,采用軸套式聯(lián)軸節(jié)的不同軸度不得大于0.05mm;對(duì)于葉片泵,一般要求不同軸度不得大于0.1mm,且與電機(jī)之間應(yīng)采用撓性連接;同樣對(duì)于斜盤(pán)式軸向安裝精度也提出具體要求:
(1)支座安裝的斜盤(pán)式軸向泵,其同軸度檢查允差事=0.1mm;
(2)采用法蘭安裝時(shí),安裝精度要求其芯軸徑向法蘭同軸度檢查公差為西=0.1mm:法蘭垂直度檢查允差t=0.1mm;
(3)采用軸承支架安裝皮帶輪或齒輪,然后通過(guò)彈性聯(lián)軸節(jié)與泵聯(lián)接,來(lái)保證泵的主動(dòng)軸不承受徑向力和軸向力??梢栽试S承受的力應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制在許用范圍內(nèi),特殊情況下還要對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子進(jìn)行精密的動(dòng)平衡實(shí)驗(yàn),以盡量避免共振。
2.濾器的安裝
為避免泵抽空,嚴(yán)禁使用精密過(guò)濾器。對(duì)于齒輪泵的過(guò)濾精度應(yīng)≤40um,在吸油口常用網(wǎng)式過(guò)濾器。對(duì)于葉片泵,柱塞泵,油液的清潔度應(yīng)達(dá)到國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等級(jí)16/19級(jí),使用的過(guò)濾器精度大多為25~30um。吸油口過(guò)濾器的正確選擇和安裝,會(huì)使液壓故障明顯減少,各元件的使用壽命可大大延長(zhǎng)?!?/p>
3.配管的安裝要求
(1)進(jìn)油管的安裝高度不得大于O.5m。進(jìn)油管必須清洗干凈,與泵進(jìn)油口配合的油泵緊密結(jié)合,必要時(shí)可加上密封膠,以免空氣進(jìn)入液壓系統(tǒng)中。
(2)進(jìn)油管道的彎頭不宜過(guò)多,進(jìn)油管道口應(yīng)接有過(guò)濾器,過(guò)濾器不允許漏出油箱的油面。當(dāng)泵正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后,其油面離過(guò)濾器頂面至少應(yīng)有100mm,以免空氣進(jìn)入,過(guò)濾器的有效通油面積一般不低于泵進(jìn)油口油管的橫截面積的50倍,并且過(guò)濾器應(yīng)經(jīng)常清洗,以免堵塞。(3)吸入管,壓出管和回油管的通徑不應(yīng)小于規(guī)定值。
(4)泵的泄漏回油管不宜與液壓系統(tǒng)其他回油管聯(lián)在一起,應(yīng)單獨(dú)并插入油箱液面以下。
(5)為了防止泵的振動(dòng)和噪聲沿管道傳至系統(tǒng),在泵的吸入口和壓出口可各安裝一段軟管,但壓出口軟管應(yīng)垂直安裝,長(zhǎng)度不應(yīng)超過(guò)400~600mm,吸入口軟管要有一定的強(qiáng)度,避免由于管內(nèi)有真空度而使其出現(xiàn)變扁現(xiàn)象。
